I’ve been using essential oils for over 5 years.  My favorite way to use them is in a diffuser. I have one diffuser in my bedroom and another in my living room so they can work their magic throughout my house. There are a lot of different kinds of essential oils out there with different uses and benefits than the ones I just listed off, try and see which one is best for you but be sure to follow the instructions for the essential oils you’ll purchase. Remember that essential oils can be strong so make sure you dilute appropriately!
