In this day and age, it’s easy to lose track of our inner calm, the number of days I find my head actually pounding because I’ve been so focused on something work-related is insane! So, this year I’m working hard to make better decisions for my own personal health.  Some of those decisions are seemingly strange, like my “fashion resolution”. But mindfulness is something that so many of us struggle with.

So, today I want to recommend to you guys some of the best books to help keep you mindful. In addition to them having great thoughts, reading alone is a really great way to stay mindful! In fact, reading has been proven to have positive effects on the body. Reading a book is a better stress reliever than listening to music or taking a walk or a stroll. Sometimes all you need to find your inner calm and achieve mindfulness is through a well written book, and these are well written books that can help take us on the right path.
